By staying at the Huntingdon or Pendray Inn, you can earn points that will give you extra benefits to make your stay even better.
How do I become a Loyalty Program member?
Enrolling with us is very simple. You can sign up online or call us at 1-800-663-7557. You can also enroll at the Huntingdon Manor Hotel’s Front Desk.
Does the Loyalty Program membership cost anything?
Not at all; it is completely free.
What are the benefits of the Loyalty Program?
You earn points that can be redeemed for complimentary stays, vacation packages, room upgrades, gift cards, or to pay part of your bill.
Additionally, your benefits grow as your membership level grows. Each membership level entitles you to additional guest privileges during each stay such as Complimentary Parking! You will also enjoy discounts at select local restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions.
How do I ensure my reservations qualify for Loyalty points?
You receive reward points when you book directly through us. To ensure your reservation qualifies and you receive your points: make sure you mention your Member number in the special request box when you book on our website, or call us directly at 1-800-663-7557.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points towards room upgrades, if available. You can also apply them towards your balance at the time of your check out. Gift Cards are also an option to treat your friends and family. You can redeem your reward points for complimentary stays, or add-ons, such as museum tickets or tourist activities, depending on availability. What does my online account allow me to do? (Pending)
At this point, you’re able to enroll, check your points balance and stay history. We are working hard to improve and upgrade the program for our loyal and preferred guests to be able to make reservations directly attached to their loyalty account; redeem points online and update your preferences. Your account is password protected and can only be accessed by you.
How do I sign up to receive exclusive member offers?
Make sure you check the box online that says you want to receive special offers and promotions. Log in to your account online to verify you’re signed up or call us at 1-800-663-7557.
How will you use the credit card and personal information I provide to you?
Not to worry: The credit card information you provide at the time of reservation is kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the current booking’s charges, late arrival guarantee, and facilitating express check-in and check-out. Credit card information is not kept on file.
Can I give my earned rewards to someone else?
You bet. Transferring points between our Loyalty members is possible. Let us know, and we will do it for you.
Can I be reimbursed for my points once I’ve redeemed them?
It is not possible to reimburse your account for points that have already been redeemed.
As a new Loyalty Program member, how do I receive my membership number when I sign up to the program?
When you sign up with us, you’ll receive a welcome email with your membership number. Just file your number in a handy place—we can always look you up, if you forget it. We’ll also notify you when you reach a new benefit level.
How do I earn Loyalty points?
By staying with us. Every pre-tax dollar you spend towards applicable rates or packages at Huntingdon Manor Hotel or the Pendray Inn and Tea House you earn points. Starting at Silver level you can even earn them when you dine at one of our restaurants when you charge your restaurant balance to your room! Booking directly with us will give you bonus points!
How do I advance my membership level?
The more you stay with us, the more your benefits and points accumulate. Eligible applicants will be automatically enrolled at the Silver level and move up to Gold and Platinum levels as soon as you qualify. Qualification is based upon the number of points a member earns during a three-year period.
Additionally, every night booked directly at the hotel’s website, by phone, or in person will reward bonus points. Prepaid reservations, group reservations, reservations booked through a Travel Agent or using Gift certificates do not reward any points, however, any additional charges, such as restaurant charges to the room will count. To keep your points active you need to stay a minimum of one night in a qualifying reservation every two years.
If I book through a third party online reservation service do I receive rewards points?
Unfortunately, reservations made through third-party websites, online reservations systems—or tour operators where a hotel is chosen for you—are not eligible for point accumulation.
How do I redeem my points?
You can easily redeem your points during your stay for future reservations or gift cards; upon check-in for complimentary room upgrades; and upon check out, to apply your points towards your final balance. Please note that points are awarded once you have checked out, and cannot be applied to previous, or the same reservation they were earned on. What is “Preferential Treatment” and how do I receive it?
When you are a member, we do our best to customize our services to your liking. After all, we don’t all have the same tastes! When you complete your profile, you’ll be able to specify what kind of room you prefer (standard, superior, premium), what kind of bed you like, room and floor location and more.
How do I keep track of my account activity?
You will receive regular E-newsletter showing your points balance. You can also check your account activity and points balance online at any time.
How do I notify the Loyalty Program of updates to my contact information?
You can update your profile online or contact our front desk team by calling 1-800-663-7557. Do not forget to ensure the continued receipt of special offers, reservation confirmations and program notifications.
Can I share my account with another person?
Sorry, memberships are applicable only to individual travellers and points are non-transferable.
How long does my membership remain active?
Your account will remain active as long as you have stayed with at the Huntingdon Manor Hotel or Pendray Inn and Tea House at least one night within 24 months. If you have not stayed at least one night, points are lost and cannot be reinstated. However, we always welcome you back and are happy to re-enrol you as a new member if you return after the 24-months period.
