Can I cancel my booking as a result of a travel advisory?
Can I get a full refund for my booking because of the spread of COVID-19?
For most direct bookings, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Some rates such as the Advance Purchase or Weekly Rates have different cancellation windows or are non-refundable. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
