How do I become a Guest Rewards Member?
Joining the Guest Rewards Program is very simple. All you have to do is sign up online using the following link.
Does the Guest Rewards Program cost anything?
Not at all; it is completely free.
What are the benefits of the Guest Rewards Program?
The more you stay, the more your perks and benefits grow! Each membership level brings you additional guest privileges, exclusive members rates, perks and discounts.
How do I ensure my reservations qualify for the rewards program?
Your room nights will count towards our Guest Rewards Program when you book directly through us. The reservation must be completed in the member’s name, and the member must have stayed in the room and paid for it in full in order to apply the room nights towards the rewards program.
What does the guest rewards portal allow me to do?
You will be able to make reservations, check your stay history, review upcoming stays, see your membership tier status, and update your preferences, allowing us to offer you a personalized, VIP experience. Your account is password protected and can only be accessed by you.
How do I sign up to receive exclusive member offers?
To receive emails from us and learn about our exclsuive offers, make sure you have opted-in to receive our e-mails. This can be completed by logging into your account.
How will you use the credit card information requested when making a booking?
Any credit card information provided when making a booking is kept strictly confidential and requested for guarantee purposes only. It will also helpy facilitate express check-in and check-out. Credit card information is not kept on file.
How do I advance my membership level?
The more you stay with us, the more your benefits and perks increase! To join the Silver tier, you have to stay a minimum of 3 qualified nights either at Huntingdon Manor Hotel or Pendray Inn and Tea House, within a two-years period. For the Gold tier, a minimum of 25 qualified nights is required within a two-years period, and a minimum of 75 qualified nights are required for the Platinum tier.
Qualified nights include reservations booked directly at the hotel’s website, by phone, or in person. Long term rates qualify as one qualifying night for every three paid nights. Prepaid reservations, group reservations, gift certificates, and reservations booked through a Wholesaler or Travel Agent are not applicable towards the Guest Rewards Program.
If I book through a third party online reservation service do I receive rewards points?
Unfortunately, reservations made through third-party websites, online reservations systems—or tour operators where a hotel is chosen for you—are not eligible for our Guest Rewards Program.
how do i personalize my stay?
When you are a member of our program, we do our best to customize our services to your liking. After all, we don’t all have the same tastes! When you complete your profile, you’ll be able to specify your preferences in terms of room types, bed types and services, which will help us to personalize your stay.
Can I share my account with another person?
Sorry, perks and benefits are applicable only to individual travellers who are members of the the program, and is non-transferable.
