Flexible Cancellation Policy at Huntingdon Manor Hotel

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to visit Canada Public Health Agency, Official Global Travel Advisory, Health Link BC or Destination Greater Victoria for the latest updates and regulations, and make an informed decision prior to making a reservation.

We understand that plans can quickly change, therefore in order to ease any additional stress, we have implemented the following flexible cancellation policy for all direct bookings: 

• Reservations can be cancelled or changed up to 24-hours prior to arrival with no penalty.  For any cancellations made within the 24-hours window,  charges for the 1st night of your stay will be applied.
• If you made a reservation through a third party including Online Travel Agencies (OTAS) such as Expedia or Booking.com, please contact them directly to cancel or make changes to your booking.  
• For any group bookings (10 people or more) or special events, please contact our Sales & Events Department at catering@huntingdonmanor.com.
