A popular Easter tradition in North America, the Easter ham can be prepared in many ways, and is a perfect family dinner. Our General Manager Erin Cassels, is happy to share her mom’s family recipe which is both simple and delicious!
What you need:
Step One: Preheat oven to 350F and score the top of the ham.
Step Two: For the sauce, simply heat in a saucepan the brown sugar, mustard, oregano and water.
Step Three: Pour over the ham, and bake in the oven for one hour, basting occasionally.
Step Four: Don’t forget that glass of nice red wine, it’s perfect to enjoy and drink while cooking!
This ham recipe goes perfectly with scalloped potatoes!
